Terms and conditions of sale

The rules that apply to retail and volume purchases from TESAREA.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern distance sales on tesarea.com between TESAREA and customers in Morocco. Acceptance is required to buy. Consumer protections cover non-professional needs; business and wholesale orders may have a quote or special terms.

2. Products and availability

Essential characteristics appear on product pages. Images are illustrative and minor screen or packaging differences may occur. Offers depend on stock. If an item becomes unavailable, the customer is informed and any amount paid is refunded promptly and no later than fifteen days.

3. Prices and volume orders

Prices displayed in Moroccan dirhams apply to purchases completed online. The total price, taxes and any delivery charge appear before confirmation. Volume orders are not priced or concluded automatically on the website; they require direct contact and a separate quote. Future price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

4. Order and payment

Customers review their cart and details, then confirm secure credit or debit card payment. TESAREA may refuse or cancel for a legitimate reason such as suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect details, unavailability or an abnormal request.

5. Delivery

TESAREA delivers in Morocco to the confirmed address. Charges and estimated timing are provided before validation or in a quote. Unless otherwise agreed, the order is fulfilled no later than thirty days after receipt is confirmed. Problems should be reported promptly.

6. Withdrawal and returns

For distance sales covered by Law No. 31-08, consumers generally have seven days from receipt to withdraw without reason or penalty; return shipping may remain their responsibility. If required information was not confirmed in writing, the period may extend to thirty days.

Exceptions include personalised, non-returnable or rapidly perishable goods, unsealed software or recordings, and newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Refunds due are made promptly and no later than fifteen days after withdrawal.

7. Conformity and warranties

Applicable statutory warranties remain available. Incorrect, defective or non-conforming products should be reported with the order number and, where possible, photographs. Nothing removes mandatory rights under Moroccan law.

8. Liability and disputes

Each party is responsible within the law. TESAREA is not liable for non-performance caused by an unforeseeable event outside reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory rights. Customers should first seek an amicable solution. Moroccan law applies and jurisdiction follows applicable legal rules.
